Amputation Injury Claims

If an amputee is able to return to work, they may not be able to continue the job they were doing, meaning they may face a reduction in pay. Adaptations to lifestyle

On becoming an amputee, a person’s whole life will change in what they can and cannot do anymore. This means needing to adapt your surroundings in order to make it easier to live, which can be very expensive. This could mean having to move or renovate your home in order to make it more wheelchair friendly.

You can include this as part of a claim, as well as looking at medical devices too. Wheelchairs or prosthetic limbs may be required as well as other walking aids, which can all be claimable.
