The Injury Lawyers home visit service

injury lawyers home service

The Injury Lawyers home visit service is available for clients who claim with us and who are eligible for a home visitation with our experienced legal team.

If we’re prepared to take your case forward using our No Win, No Fee service, you may be eligible for a home visitation, depending on the nature of the accident you have had and the injuries you have sustained.

The best way to find out if you qualify for the Injury Lawyers home visit service is to contact us on 0800 634 75 75. Below is a little further guidance for you.

Do I qualify for the Injury Lawyers home visit service?

Whether you qualify for the Injury Lawyers home visit service or not usually depends on the following:

  1. If we think there are prospects to succeed with your claim; and
  2. Where the injuries you have suffered are serious; and / or
  3. Where the type of claim pursued means we can recover the actual costs for the work we carry out for you.

Breaking this down

If we offer you our No Win, No Fee agreement, that’s our commitment to you that we think there are prospects to succeed with your case.

Where the injuries are serious, we mean that the value of the claim exceeds £25,000.00. The reason for this is that this means the claim should be classed as a “Multi-track” claim whereby your case is pursued outside of an online portal system the government introduced for straightforward cases that forces us to accept low fixed fees. We cannot usually offer the Injury Lawyers home visit service for fixed-fee claims as we are unable to recover any fees for seeing you.

Aside from serious injury compensation claims, there are also some other types of cases that can fall outside of the “fixed-fee” system. These can include:
