There are thousands of law firms in the UK alone that deal with personal injury claims. There are probably hundreds of firms who specialise and deal only with compensation cases. At the same time, there are thousands of accident management companies and claims management companies who people often mistake for law firms who will sell your claim to a lawyer.
So with all those companies out there, who on Earth do you choose to represent you for your personal injury compensation claim?
First advice, make sure you go to a law firm direct. If you go to a claims company, you may end up with extra charges. You are better off, in my opinion, finding a law firm and speaking to them directly for advice and representation.
Second piece of advice, see what the website has about testimonials. If there are loads of great testimonials to show that the clients love the service the lawyers offer, like regular contact, 100% compensation, a friendly service etc, then the law firm may be just what you are looking for. There may be some third party sites that offer review information, but the sources of their information may not be too accurate. I know we have had sites claim we deal with conveyance – which we don’t! We’re not too sure where they got that from.
So looking at clients testimonials is a great way to see how the clients review the No Win, No Fee solicitor you are looking for information about. Plenty of great testimonials with positive feedback could be a good indicator.
