We give you 100% Compensation, and make no deductions from your compensation, all 100% of it; every penny and every pound is entirely yours. We don't ask you to pay us a single penny and we fund your entire claim.

Well, we can give you 100% of your compensation, without any hidden deductions or charges because as Lawyers under English Law we can recover our fees totally separately from your compensation from the other party (usually always there insurers).

And rather uniquely under our "No Win No Fee" agreement we actually limit our fees to what we ever we recover from the other insurers; and so unlike most Law Firms we can say to you, that we GENUINIELY give you 100% Compensation, as we limit our fee’s to what ever we recover from the other insurers; meaning, that if there is any shortfall in recovering our Costs then we agree to write-these off GUARANTEEING that you get 100% Compensation.

We believe that although most Law Firms will offer you 100% Compensation that they won’t put in writing to you; that they will limit there fee’s to what they recover from the other insurers.

Our 100% Compensation 4U Pledge

We offer to you our "100% Compensation 4u" pledge as our fees are recovered from the other insurers totally separately from your compensation at the end of your claim – so you get 100% of your compensation in your pocket and we then seek to recover our fees totally separately from the other insurers and we rather uniquely ALSO AGREE to limit our fees to what ever we recover from them!

We are aware that Clients often feel that our 100% Compensation pledge is ‘too good to be true’ but we can assure you that our Client's do receive 100% Compensation. Look at it another way; the accident wasn't your fault so why should you have to pay any legal fees from your compensation? You shouldn’t and that’s why we offer you 100% of your compensation – it’s your money after all!

Despite all the negative press regarding personal injury claims and the Compensation Culture; the reality is that the Law in this area works very well because it means that the other insurers have to pay you 100% of the Compensation that you are entitled to and that they have to pay our legal fees totally separately.

You should also be aware that only genuinely Lawyers like us can recover Compensation for you from the other insurers. Many of the Companies that advertise on the internet or on the television are NOT actually Lawyers but are really Claims sellers/Marketing Companies that may take money from your compensation and sell on your claim to lawyers that buy personal injury cases.

We Don't Buy and Sell People's Injury Claims

We don't buy any Personal Injury Claims and this is one of the reasons why we can always give 100% Compensation to our Clients. We think the buying and selling of claims is wrong because it means you the injured victim may lose out because of a sale of your claim from the Claims/Marketing Company to those Lawyers that buy claims.

Unfortunately, not all Law Firms give you 100% Compensation; and in our opinion they should BUT they don't. We think this is wrong as we believe any reputable Law Firm like ourselves should give you 100% of your Compensation – it's your money after all.

It actually angers us that other Law Firms have the audacity to take money from your Compensation as they will also be recovering there fees from the other insurers.
