We personally believe that our Genuine No Win No Fee agreement and our service standards are second to none. We know of no other law firm that handles cases in quite the same way that we do! So, here is a guide on how we work, who we are, what we do, and how we do it, so you can not only learn something about us, but learn something about what you should look for when it comes to searching for injury lawyers.
Genuine No Win No Fee
Throughout the UK, we help thousands of accident victims each year win the compensation they are entitled to receive for the pain and suffering they have endured as a result of someone else’s negligence. If we believe your case has a good chance of winning (i.e. you were not at fault for the accident and injuries, and there is obviously negligence involved), we will represent you using our Genuine No Win No Fee agreement.
Our agreement is unique – we don’t use the standard stuff that some other law firms use. We have spent time and effort in taking the red tape and needless confusing stuff out from the agreement, and have put in plain English, in good solid black and white, the way we will act for our clients; and it’s dead straightforward:
Claim Wins
You will receive 100% of the compensation amount awarded for you. We put in our agreement that we will seek to recover our legal fees directly from the other side. But, wait! What happens if we seek to recover them, and we fail… ?
This is where our agreement is different – most other law firms will only “seek to recover” your legal fees, where as we not only do this, but we add an extra line in the agreement confirming that, in the event we seek and fail to get any or all of our costs back, we will NOT seek to recover them from our client.
So – what does this mean? It means that, if we don’t get paid out by the other side, we actually can’t come back to you, our client, for any money. It’s a risky way of doing things – most other law firms would rather have the agreement be more favourable to them. But that’s where we differ. We want it to be in the favour of our clients.
It essentially means that we actually cannot charge you if we fail to get paid by the other side. Our fees are limited to whatever the other side pay us. They could in theory pay us nothing more than a penny and we could not physically come back to you for anything at all. And we even put the word “NOT” in capitals and bold writing in the paperwork. The agreement is clear.
So, unlike many other law firms, we actually guarantee 100% compensation in writing. How’s that for a valuable safety net!?
Claim Loses
Firstly, it’s a sad thing when a claim is lost. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes investigation and evidence gathering to come to a conclusion that there may not be a case to answer for. Whilst we only ever take on a claim if we think we can win it, the other side may have a genuine defence which leaves no responsibility to pay you out. So, to stop you from ending up with a legal bill running in to thousands of pounds, and so you know that we will fight tooth and nail for your compensation as we only get paid if we win, we act on a No Win No Fee basis.
This means that, if the case loses, we write off all of our legal fees, and you pay nothing to us at all – not even a penny. There are sadly some firms out there that will try and recover something from you, or make you pay an insurance premium; which is scary stuff. But rest assured, with a good firm like us, if the claim loses, you pay absolutely nothing at all – it’s as simple as that.
There is obviously an inherent risk of us taking any claim on in case it loses. But that’s how we work – and you pay nothing at all.

Well, for the most part, I will keep it related to our service given that I can’t really comment on what other law firms do. Rest assured though, we are pretty good!

We are not an accident advice service, or a direct claims company, who will only be able to offer some advice to you before passing your case over to a lawyer (only a lawyer can deal with a claim). With us, you are cutting out the middlemen who make their profits by selling claims around; so you know there aren’t any referral fees for you to pay, and you know we have a full budget to spend on you.
We give you our advice – we take on your case. It’s as simple as that.
We only deal with injury claims – so we consider ourselves experts and specialists in the field – it’s all we do! This means you have a fully qualified expert personal injury lawyer representing you for your case, with years and years of experience and knowledge in dealing with claims for injury. You’re in the most capable of hands.
But, aside from our specialism in the area, we aim, to do more for our clients through the service that we offer. For example:
Regular Contact
We like to keep in touch with our clients on a regular basis, and so we have a policy to update our clients around every 14 days. This keeps you constantly in the loop, and means you know full well that we are working on your case on a very regular basis. Many other firms may not even have a policy to update clients between certain periods; which can be rather frustrating!
Friendly, Fast, Efficient, and On Your Side
Law firms have a bit of as reputation for being scary places full of wise-guys in suits just waiting to get paid with little regard for the accident victim involved. I can assure you we are nothing of the sort!
We like to build a solid and friendly relationship with our clients. We are here to help you, and we make ourselves as accessible as possible (open from 9am – 10pm all weekdays, and 9am – 5pm weekends). Private Medical Care – At No Cost
It’s not just about securing you the maximum amount of compensation for you; it’s about helping you back on the road to recovery. That is why we offer all of our clients private medical care right from the start of the claim (where it is applicable) which costs our clients nothing, even if the claim loses! We can normally sort our physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathic treatment right from the outset of a claim. If the claim wins, we recover the fees from the other side. If it loses, we recover the costs from insurance.
