Given the circumstances of the collision and constant denials by the other party involved I was slightly apprehensive about a successful outcome. I was kept fully updated throughout the process which was clearly explained and any questions or correspondence were promptly answered. An out of court settlement was successfully arranged which was in excess of the amount anticipated. Not only have I been compensated for the injury, I have taken significant comfort from being absolved of responsibility and having the other parties assertions accepted as being incorrect. Following on from the medical assessment arranged privately as part of the investigation by Your Lawyers, I was referred for surgery. A referral I would have struggled to obtain through my GP. I am extremely grateful for all the assistance I have received.
