Hernia mesh compensation claims

We’re representing a number of people for hernia mesh compensation claims, and we’re able to offer No Win, No Fee agreements for eligible clients.

Despite concerns being raised about hernia mesh specifically, as well as the continual issues surrounding the use of vaginal mesh, more patients are undergoing this procedure. What we have seen from our clients is the horrific problems and complications that can arise when the procedure is not successful, and the only justice that can be obtained is through a claim for personal injury compensation.

If you have suffered, or are suffering with, problems and complications arising from hernia mesh surgery, we may be able to help you.

Legal advice about poor mental health services

Poor mental health services can have a devastating impact on the victim, and it’s something that needs to be addressed in this day and age.

As with any other medical issue, a patient needs to be diagnosed and treated in a timely fashion. However, some patients are finding it increasingly difficult to access the mental health services that they require, and delays can cause harm to patients. In the worst-case scenarios, delays can lead to patient deaths, which is why this is an important issue to address.

People who suffer from delays and diagnosis problems when it comes to mental health services can be entitled to make a claim for compensation.

Ian Paterson inquiry: a damning report

The contents of a report following the Ian Paterson inquiry reflects the severity of his actions and the failure to stop what he was doing.

The rogue surgeon, who is currently serving a 20-year jail sentence following a criminal hearing that took place in 2017, intentionally carried out needless operations on his victims. The report has suggested that over 1,000 procedures were done without any requirement, and the inquiry recommends that some 11,000 patients may need to be recalled to identify if there are any more.

Although this issue has been ongoing for some time, news of the inquiry report comes in the wake of alarming revelations about another Spire Hospital consultant, Habib Rahman, who has also been accused of conducting needless operations.

Brain injury compensation claims

Brain injury compensation claims aren’t something that people would want to have to go through; both for the victims, and for their families.

But it’s something that is important to talk about. It’s important that victims can get some form of justice for a brain injury, and compensation pay-outs are designed to reflect not only what the victim has suffered, but what they will suffer in the future.

We have settled – and continue to represent victims for – a number of brain injury cases. These claims are far more than just a matter to be processed and need special attention with specialist lawyers working on the cases.

Had a car accident in bad weather?

It’s winter. So, if you have had a car accident in bad weather, know your rights when it comes to making a claim for personal injury compensation.

Using the weather as an excuse for an accident taking place isn’t something you just have to accept. All road users should know that they need to adjust their behaviour in colder and wetter weather. The roads can be more slippery, and there may be snow and ice to contend with, as well as visibility being reduced.

These are elements that drivers must adjust to in order to stay safe, and any failure to do may allow victims to be able to pursue a legal case for compensation.
