Gluten Free Product Recall – Big Supermarkets Affected

A concerning recall reported by the Food Standards Agency has seen products recalled from several of the major supermarkets, namely Asda, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose.

The products affected are gluten free products that have been found to actually contain gluten. This is of real concern to anyone with a gluten intolerance such as celiac disease sufferers, who may become seriously ill if they eat any products that contain gluten.

Anyone who has purchased any of the products affected are being asked to return them to their vendor, and anyone who has digested one of the products and has become ill should seek medical advice as soon as possible.

Asda
