Choosing us to represent YOU!

Are you looking to pursue a claim after suffering injury from an accident? Perhaps you have slipped and fallen on a wet substance in a supermarket, had an accident at work after not being provided with personal protective equipment, or fallen victim to a road traffic accident? If you are wishing to pursue a claim for personal injury then read on now to find out what services we have to offer to you.

There are many law firms out there, and you need to make sure you only speak to the best!

The Injury Lawyers: a specialist personal injury firm

We are a specialist personal injury only law firm with years of experience in fighting for accident victims’ rights. We do not work by way of referral fees so all our client’s come directly to us for our reputation. A referral fee is a cut taken for you being referred to a law firm.  We are friendly and efficient, and as we deal only with personal injury claims, we are very good at what we do and we take on and win a high volume of cases. This enables us to be able to afford to take the hit in legal fees and offer you 110% compensation, which is explained further below.

No deductions for most claim types

For non road traffic accident claims we offer 100% compensation. As part of the April 2013 reforms law firms can now charge a success fee for winning your claim to you as we cannot recover it from the other side anymore. Here at The Injury Lawyers we agree to waive the success fee and award our clients all of their compensation. We are able to do this as charging a success fee is purely a business decision and we are still able to recover our costs from the other side.

In fact, you can get 110% compensation

As part of the new reforms the government have introduced a 10% increase in compensation payouts to offset the fact lawyers are now charging clients a deduction.  This means our clients can effectively receive 110% compensation because we don’t take a deduction for most claims. So you actually benefit from the new way of working.

It is of course subject to the agreement we have – your cooperation during the claim enables us to progress your case quickly and efficiently so that you receive your compensation quicker and the lower fees can work just fine for us.

No fee for After The Event Insurance

Most law firms will charge a fee for After the Event insurance.  After The Event Insurance is a policy of insurance taken out in order to protect a client from having to pay the other side’s legal costs in the event the claim is lost, and the cost of unrecoverable disbursements. After April 2013 the premium can no longer be recovered from the other side. Here at The Injury Lawyers we self insure your claim for you so you don’t pay a premium and we take the risk of paying the other side’s costs and unrecoverable disbursements for you!

Our quick service allows you to start your claim on the same day you speak to us – so contact us for advice or to start a claim on 0800 634 75 75.
