Some car manufacturers take this quest seriously and have provided anti-whiplash technologies to their high-end models. Manufacturers like Audi have taken the bold step to fit all their new models with safer seats to help reduce whiplash injury rather than just their top-of-the-range models.

However, a fair number of car manufacturers are more concerned about reducing costs and don’t take whiplash injuries seriously on their scale of safety requirements.
