Minor brain injury up to £23,000

Moderate brain injury £23,000 to £120,000

Severe brain injury £120,000 to £220,000

Expected Payouts for Whiplash Claims

Minor whiplash injury £750 to £4,000

Moderate whiplash injury £4,000 to £8,000

Severe whiplash injury £8,000 to £85,000

Expected Payouts for Arm Injury Claims

Simple Fracture of Arm £1,000 – £3,000

Loss of one arm not less than £72,500 (below the shoulder)
Loss of one arm £57,500 to £67,500 (above elbow)
Loss of one arm £50,000 to £57,500 (below elbow)

Loss of both arms £125,000 to £165,000

Expected Payouts for Hand Injury Claims

Simple Fracture of one finger 1,000 to £2,000

Loss of little finger 4,000 to £6,000
Loss of ring finger 2,000 to £3,500
Loss of middle finger up to £7,000
Loss of index finger up to £9,000
Loss of thumb £18,000 to £27,500

Loss of one hand £50,000 to £60,000
Loss of both hands £75,000 to £110,000

Expected Payouts for Leg Injury Claims

Fractured ankle £7,000 to £14,000

Serious Knee Injury £35,000 to £50,000

Loss of leg below the knee £47,000 to £100,000
Loss of leg above the knee £50,000 to £150,000

Loss of both legs £125,000 to £145,000
