What you have to do under the new system is submit a Claim Notification Form <\/strong>(CNF) to the Defendant\u2019s insurer via an online portal.\u00a0 The CNF is easy to complete and contains useful information like all driver\u2019s details, the date of the accident, what happened in the accident, and what injuries you have.\u00a0 Don\u2019t worry if you are not sure how to do this, because a quality injury lawyer<\/strong> will go through this with you and make sure everything is done on your behalf.\u00a0 Once the CNF is ready, the Defendant\u2019s insurer has just one day to acknowledge it and then around three weeks to admit or deny liability.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
