If your claim is lost then your Lawyer is not getting paid, not even a penny. Yes that\u2019s right, a &#8216;No Win No Fee&#8217; really does mean <strong>&#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/no_win_no_fee.php\">No Win No Fee<\/a>&#8216;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You may find it highly suspicious that a solicitor \/ lawyer would risk running a case that they might not get paid for but actually if you think about it, why should a solicitor \/ lawyer take on any case unless they are pretty damn sure they are going to win.<\/p>\n<p>In most cases an experienced Injury Lawyer will know right at the start whether you have a successful claim or not. If he knows you are going to win then he should be happy to take your case on a &#8216;No Win No Fee&#8217;. Experienced Injury Lawyers will not take on a case under a &#8216;No Win No Fee&#8217; policy, unless they are sure they will win it. They will not work for nothing, so it is very important for the Injury Lawyer to assess the case at its first instance.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>If the Injury Lawyer assesses that you have no claim then he should not take the case on.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If he is unsure of your chance of success then you should insist that he only takes the case on a &#8216;No Win No Fee&#8217; as any reputable Injury Lawyer willing to run your case should be happy to put his money where his mouth is and take on the risk of your case.<\/p>\n<p>If you win your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/whiplash_claims.php\">claim<\/a>, then with reputable Injury Lawyers you will always get your compensation in full.
