We all know Lawyers charge you a fortune right?<\/p>\n

Not necessarily, when you decide to take legal action in order to claim compensation for your accident\/injury, you may choose to appoint an Injury Lawyer<\/a> who works on a \u2018No Win No Fee\u2019 basis.<\/p>\n

It means that your Injury Lawyer will only be entitled to his fees if he is successful in winning your case. If your claim is lost then your Lawyer is not getting paid, not even a penny. Yes that\u2019s right, a ‘No Win No Fee’ really does mean ‘No Win No Fee<\/a>‘<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You may find it highly suspicious that a solicitor \/ lawyer would risk running a case that they might not get paid for but actually if you think about it, why should a solicitor \/ lawyer take on any case unless they are pretty damn sure they are going to win.<\/p>\n

If he knows you are going to win then he should be happy to take your case on a ‘No Win No Fee’. If he is unsure of your chance of success then you should insist that he only takes the case on a ‘No Win No Fee’ as any reputable Injury Lawyer willing to run your case should be happy to put his money where his mouth is and take on the risk of your case.<\/p>\n

If you win your claim<\/a>, then with reputable Injury Lawyers you will always get your compensation in full. Your solicitor will not deduct anything from your compensation for any legal fees and should not charge you a penny.<\/p>\n

Injury Lawyers that work on a \u201cNo Win No Fee\u201d get nothing if you lose and if you win all reputable Injury Lawyers will charge the other party\/insurers and not you.<\/p>\n
