So, here is a guide on how we work, who we are, what we do, and how we do it, so you can not only learn something about us, but learn something about what you should look for when it comes to searching for injury lawyers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Genuine No Win No Fee<\/span><\/strong>

\nThroughout the UK, we help thousands of accident victims each year win the compensation<\/em><\/strong> they are entitled to receive for the pain and suffering they have endured as a result of someone else\u2019s negligence. If we believe your case has a good chance of winning (i.e. you were not at fault for the accident and injuries, and there is obviously negligence involved), we will represent you using our Genuine No Win No Fee agreement<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our agreement is unique \u2013 we don\u2019t use the standard stuff that some other law firms use. We have spent time and effort in taking the red tape and needless confusing stuff out from the agreement, and have put in plain English, in good solid black and white, the way we will act for our clients; and it\u2019s dead straightforward:<\/p>\n

Claim Wins<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will receive 100% of the compensation<\/a> amount awarded for you. We put in our agreement that we will seek to recover our legal fees directly from the other side. But, wait! What happens if we seek to recover them, and we fail… ?<\/p>\n

This is where our agreement is different<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 most other law firms will only \u201cseek to recover\u201d<\/em><\/strong> your legal fees, where as we not only do this, but we add an extra line in the agreement<\/em><\/strong> confirming that, in the event we seek and fail to get any or all of our costs back, we will NOT seek to recover them from our client.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

So \u2013 what does this mean? It means that, if we don\u2019t get paid out by the other side, we actually can\u2019t come back to you, our client, for any money<\/em><\/strong>. It\u2019s a risky way of doing things \u2013 most other law firms would rather have the agreement be more favourable to them. \u00a0But that\u2019s where we differ. We want it to be in the favour of our clients<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It essentially means that we actually cannot<\/span> charge<\/span> you<\/span> if we fail to get paid by the other side<\/em><\/strong>. Our fees are limited to whatever the other side pay us. They could in theory pay us nothing more than a penny and we could not physically come back to you for anything<\/em><\/strong> at all. And we even put the word \u201cNOT<\/strong>\u201d in capitals and bold writing in the paperwork. The agreement is clear.<\/p>\n

So, unlike many other law firms, we actually guarantee 100% compensation<\/span> in writing<\/em><\/strong>. How\u2019s that for a valuable safety net!?<\/p>\n

Claim Loses<\/strong><\/p>\n

Firstly<\/strong>, it\u2019s a sad thing when a claim is lost. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes investigation and evidence gathering to come to a conclusion that there may not be a case to answer for. Whilst we only ever take on a claim if we think we can win it, the other side may have a genuine defence which leaves no responsibility to pay you out. \u00a0So, to stop you from ending up with a legal bill running in to thousands of pounds, and so you know that we will fight tooth and nail for your compensation<\/em><\/strong> as we only get paid if we win, we act on a No Win No Fee basis.<\/p>\n

This means that, if the case loses, we write off all of our legal fees<\/em><\/strong>, and you pay nothing to us at all \u2013 not even a penny<\/em><\/strong>. There are sadly some firms out there that will try and recover something from you, or make you pay an insurance premium; which is scary stuff. But rest assured, with a good firm like us, if the claim loses, you pay absolutely nothing at all<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 it\u2019s as simple as that.<\/p>\n

There is obviously an inherent risk of us taking any claim on in case it loses. But that\u2019s how we work \u2013 and you pay nothing at all<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Who We Are \u2013 and What We Do!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

OK \u2013 so hopefully my explanation of the Genuine No Win No Fee<\/strong> has shed some light for you. But, who are we, and what is it that we Injury Lawyers do? Well, for the most part, I will keep it related to our service given that I can\u2019t really comment on what other law firms do. Rest assured though, we are pretty good<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

We are not an accident advice service, or a direct claims company, who will only be able to offer some advice to you before passing your case over to a lawyer (only a lawyer can deal with a claim). We give you our advice \u2013 we take on your case. It\u2019s as simple as that.<\/p>\n
