Once your Claims Notification Form has been acknowledged, the third party insurer has a period of 15 days in which to admit or deny liability<\/strong>.\u00a0 Previously they had a period of 3 months to investigate your claim.\u00a0 Straightaway you can see the difference between the new and old systems and you will realise just how efficient the new system is.<\/p>\n

Where liability is admitted, you will be required to attend a medical expert so that a legal medical report can be compiled<\/strong>.\u00a0 This will be done at a time and place convenient to yourself.\u00a0 Once we have your report and have confirmed that you are happy with it, we will then disclose it to the other side and negotiate a settlement for your compensation.\u00a0 All in all this should not take too long at all.<\/p>\n
