100% of your Compensation \u2013 <\/strong>Compensation is meant to put you in the position you would have been in had the accident not have happened. This is why at The Injury Lawyers<\/a>, and many other reputable law firms, we do not deduct anything from your compensation<\/a> – it is your injury, so it is your compensation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No costs for you to pay – <\/strong>Many law firms such as The Injury Lawyers do not bill clients for their costs (i.e. the costs of their time working on your case). If they win your case, these costs get recovered from the other side<\/strong>, and if your case is lost, the law firm may have insurance in place to cover some of their losses<\/strong>. You should also check that their costs are restricted to what can be claimed back from the other side.
