The proposal is designed to help cases involving occupational diseases where it can be extremely time-consuming for the claimant and their representation in obtaining evidence.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In contrast the government in England and Wales are looking to push new legislation will will in effect reduce the time on certain personal injury claims.<\/p>\n<p>Its not surprising that a few insurers North of the Border have raised an objectional eyebrow to the SLC proposals.
