So, if you\u2019ve finished screaming, take a breather and digest this advice:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Real Injury Lawyers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How do you know that the website you look at or the number you dial is for a real injury law firm? It can be difficult to tell, and it can sometimes be really easy. First things first <strong><em>\u2013 go direct to an injury lawyer<\/em><\/strong> every time. <strong><em>Never go through an insurer or a claims management company<\/em><\/strong> who will simply <strong><em>refer your claim over to a solicitor for a referral fee<\/em><\/strong>; leaving you with either a <strong><em>cut from your claim<\/em><\/strong> or a <strong><em>poor service<\/em><\/strong> from a cash strapped solicitor.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re on a website, read through the entire site as much as possible. Checkout the \u201c<strong>About<\/strong>\u201d sections to see what the company actually does, or look at the small print at the bottom of the pages. If it says anything like the following, you should probably avoid it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulated claims management activities<\/li>\n<li>&#8230; comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code<\/li>\n<li>Consult an actual injury solicitor before pursuing any action<\/li>\n<li>You will be put you in touch with a specialist solicitor<\/li>\n<li>We do not give you legal advice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anything like this means you are probably looking at the website for a claims management company or some agency that simply takes your details, maybe offer you some advice, and then pass your information them over to a solicitor for a price.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, anything that has \u201c&#8230; regulated by the Ministry of Justice &#8211; Registration Number CRM&#8230;..\u201d you should probably <strong><em>avoid them<\/em><\/strong>. If they speak about \u201c<strong><em>lists of lawyers<\/em><\/strong>\u201d or anything hinting that they will not be dealing with your claim, you should <strong><em>avoid it<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It can be quite easy to tell if it\u2019s a genuine law firm you\u2019re dealing with.
