We therefore dedicate all of our resources to our clients, and do not waste any money on buying or referring cases.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">We Work on the <em>Genuine<\/em> No Win No Fee<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We work on a Genuine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/no_win_no_fee.php\">No Win No<\/a> Fee Basis \u2013 this means that, win or lose, we <strong><em>never charge you<\/em><\/strong> for our work. We only ever take on a case if we think there are reasonable prospects for success; so we are <strong><em>happy to take the risk of your case on<\/em><\/strong> if we think we can win &#8211; but if we don\u2019t, we <strong><em>charge you absolutely nothing<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 not a single penny.<\/p>\n<p>If we win your case, your <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/100-percent-compensation-4u.php\">compensation<\/a> goes direct to you<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 we <strong><em>never make any deductions<\/em><\/strong> from your payout, and we will never be billing you or charging you. So, you <strong><em>receive 100% of your compensation<\/em><\/strong> amount, and you are not charged for using our service \u2013 we simply recover all of our legal fees directly from the other side at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<p>Our Genuine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/no_win_no_fee.php\">No Win No Fee<\/a> means we actually <strong><em>limit our legal fees to whatever we recover<\/em><\/strong> back from the other side \u2013 so if we ever incur a shortfall, we specifically and uniquely put in to our agreement, in plain black and white English, that <strong><em>our fees are restricted<\/em><\/strong> to whatever we get paid by the other side. This means <strong><em>we cannot charge you<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 even if we wanted to (which we wouldn\u2019t of course!).<\/p>\n<p>The key difference is that a standard<strong> No Win No Fee<\/strong> may say that your solicitor will only seek to recover your fees, which means they will only try to recover them. If they fail, they are well within their rights to recover any outstanding amount from you.<\/p>\n<p><em>So, unlike most other law firms, we limit our legal fees and therefore cannot charge you any outstanding amount \u2013 ever! How\u2019s that for a fantastic safety net in your claim?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">We Care About Our Clients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not just a number; you\u2019re not just a statistic. You are a valued client and we are dedicated in making sure we do everything we can to provide you with the best service we can. Every lawyer should have this attitude \u2013 not just us!<\/p>\n<p>We endeavour to <strong><em>update you at least every 14 days<\/em><\/strong> (which you really don\u2019t see with other firms), we endeavour to return your calls, deal with post, and deal with emails on the same day (as part of our <strong><em>Same Day Service<\/em><\/strong>), and we endeavour to get the <strong><em>maximum amount you are entitled to claim for<\/em><\/strong>.
