A 29 year old man has been seriously injured after being attacked and stabbed multiple times following a fight in Glasgow. His condition is stable but serious after the incident occurred on Saturday evening. Police are treating the attack as attempted murder and are conducting door to door enquiries and reviewing CCTV footage in an attempt to indentify the attacker(s). They have made a plea for anybody with any information regarding the event to come forward urgently. They suspect that the people involved in the fight were in their 20s.

Applications can be made for compensation for injuries suffered as a result of criminal activity. The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) covers these events for England, Scotland and Wales, and aim to compensate those who have suffered injury as a result of crime, whether their injuries are mental or physical.
