No Win No Fee<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ever heard of this term before? It\u2019s quite a common one we injury lawyers<\/em><\/strong> talk about! Most No Win No Fee<\/a><\/em><\/strong> agreements such as ours (I say most, because not all law firms out there work the same us) do exactly what they say on the tin! If the claim is lost, the claimant is not charged for the solicitors work<\/span><\/em><\/strong>. So who pays us? The answer is \u2013 no one!
\n<\/p>\n

A little confused as to how we can do this? Again, it\u2019s understandable \u2013 but what we do is only take on a claim if we think it\u2019s going to win. Basically, we don\u2019t expect to lose it<\/em><\/strong>; which is how we can offer the No Win No Fee<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Essentially, we experts are happy to take the risk of a case on if we feel we are confident in winning it. It also means that you know we will always fight harder for your claim<\/em><\/strong> if the other side do end up disputing that they are liable; which is often a standard procedure for them.<\/p>\n

So, under a genuine No Win No Fee<\/a><\/span> like ours, you pay nothing<\/span> if the claim isn\u2019t successful!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

100% Compensation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Probably another term you may have heard of before; it often goes hand in hand with No Win No Fee<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. What this means is that they could, if they wanted to, potentially charge you <\/em><\/strong>if they failed to recover all of their costs!
