Victims of the recent Spire Hospital recall affecting, so far, 217 patients of Mr Habib Rahman could be entitled to make a claim for personal injury compensation<\/strong><\/a> on a No Win, No Fee basis.<\/p>\n

The basis of medical negligence claims for former patients of Habib Rahman at Solihull\u2019s Spire Hospital could come down to unnecessary treatment.<\/p>\n
