Whilst on holiday, our client lost their footing on a hotel driveway defect which caused them to fall and suffer a broken wrist.<\/p>\n

There’s never a good time for it, but to suffer an injury like that while on holiday when you’re supposed to be relaxing is devastating!<\/p>\n

Our client also suffered bruising to the leg. Uneven ground and flooring may not seem like much to some, but they can cause serious harm. In addition to broken bones, anyone who trips on them could end up hitting their heads and could suffer a brain injury.

\nA visit to hospital confirmed our client suffered a fracture to the wrist, and the typical cast treatment was used to immobilise the arm. The untimely accident meant our client had to endure a broken wrist and wear a plaster cast for the rest of the holiday.<\/p>\n

With a broken wrist, our client was constantly in pain and struggled with even the most basic of tasks. <\/p>\n

Anyone who has broken their wrist or arm knows how annoying and frustrating it is to do simple little things, like buttoning your shirt or using cutlery. Our client’s partner was very helpful and took care of daily activities and tasks, including personal care and household chores. <\/p>\n
