Saws must:<\/p>\n<div class=\"well\">\n<ul>\n<li>Be safe to use<\/li>\n<li>Be suitable for their intended use<\/li>\n<li>Have fixed guards and rails<\/li>\n<li>Not allow you inadvertent access to dangerous or moving parts<\/li>\n<li>Only be used by suitably trained staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>The above is pretty clear.
