Personally I\u2019m not a fan of trains. As with most public places there is a piece of legislation that will commonly be applied which is known as The Occupiers Liability Act<\/strong>. This puts a duty on those in charge of the train station to take all reasonable steps to prevent anyone being injured on the premises. This includes taking steps to prevent and resolve any hazard that may cause a person to slip, trip, or fall.<\/p>\n
