Like many of the victims in the UK, if your claim has failed or hasn’t been started because the clinic you had the original operation with no longer exists, has changed names, or for any other reason, then you need to contact us now!<\/p>\n

We cannot stress this enough – we are adding claims to French proceedings with a cut off point of the end of this month. If you don’t register your claim in the French action you may face never being able to receive a single penny of what you are entitled to.

How can I now claim?<\/h2>\n

The French proceedings is against the safety regulator for the implants and some of the victims involved have already received interim payments of a few thousands pounds. As a UK victim you are entitled to join the French proceedings where you may be entitled to claim for what you have had to go through.<\/p>\n

But time is of the essence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The limitation period for the French claims has been calculated as five years from the date that the concerns about PIP implants were raised in France, which gives us until the end of this month to get claims registered. Thousands are already on the action and you can join as well.<\/p>\n
