Serious Injury Cases<\/strong><\/p>\n

We can offer 100% compensation<\/a> for a serious injury case. The level of the expected award has to be of a certain amount to allow us to judge this. If we think the award will be high enough, we can offer it.<\/p>\n

As our general 100% compensation offer page confirms, we can offer it for some claims such as certain public liability cases and work accident claims. But a general road accident in England and Wales is not normally covered by the 100% compensation scheme.<\/p>\n

The reason for this is that we are subject to an extremely low fixed fee. We cannot offer a service on a 100% basis, and you can blame the government and insurers for this!<\/p>\n

It doesn’t matter how easy the claim is to win. Some people often reference this as a reason as to why law firms should offer 100% for a road accident, but it’s actually more the other way round. We trend to get more fees on harder cases that we have to fight for because we have to spend time and money on fighting them.<\/p>\n

The fixed fee, especially now lawyers cannot recover all fees from the opponent anymore, is simply not enough to make sure that your claim is settled for the maximum amount in the shortest possible time, and in the best way possible.<\/p>\n

So how do I get more?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whilst 100% isn’t always possible, we do not have to take 25%, upfront fees, or additional charges. In fact, we can often save our clients thousands of pounds with a far better deal. Upfront charges are not our style for most cases, and we offer lower deductions based on clients instructions and cooperation.<\/p>\n
