You might think that I\u2019m going to discuss with you about the pitfalls of potentially instructing a lawyer with a 100% compensation<\/a> agreement that may not be all that it seems \u2013 in actual fact, this article is about making sure you come to a firm like us that offer 100% payouts<\/a> and making sure you don\u2019t fall for the tricks of a 25% compensation solicitor.<\/p>\n

A lot of people will speak to us and we\u2019ll explain about how our 100% compensation<\/a> offer works. We\u2019ll send you out some paperwork and in the meantime you\u2019ll probably speak to other solicitors as well.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll find that most other lawyers will want to take 25% from your payout because of recent legal fee reforms. Now, if you compare us directly, we\u2019re obviously likely to get you a much higher payout as we won\u2019t be taking anything from it. So the 25% lawyers will need to use any tactic they can think of to try and sway you to their services because they simply cannot compete with us offering a 100% agreement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But you need to be very, very careful! Here are some myths that other lawyers may tell you to try and scare you off from getting a 100% payout<\/a> with a genuine lawyers like us.<\/p>\n

There are No Hidden Charges<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

We\u2019re not offsetting a 100% agreement by charging you something else instead. It\u2019s not some kind of trick to try and entice you in, only for us to sting you at a later date. Our agreement confirms that we simply waive the 25% deduction and just get the fees we\u2019re entitled to from the other side.<\/p>\n

The thing to remember is that we\u2019re regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority<\/b> and we have a long history of happy clients<\/a> \u2013 we simply couldn\u2019t get away with scamming people!<\/p>\n

It IS Possible to Offer 100%<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

A lot of the 25% lawyers will say that it\u2019s impossible to offer a 100% agreement, or that it\u2019s illegal. Both of these are entirely incorrect. We can offer you a 100% agreement<\/a> because we take on and win such a high volume of claims, and we\u2019re a national firm with a solid reputation of happy clients<\/a>. All of our clients over the years we\u2019ve been fighting for accident victims have come directly to us \u2013 we have never paid referral fees like most other lawyers have.<\/p>\n

Referral fees were also banned when the government stopped lawyers recovering all fees from the other side, so solicitors who have relied upon referral work have had to use alternative methods to market their services. These can be costly and prevent them from being able to afford to offer their clients a 100% service \u2013 but we\u2019ve been marketing ourselves without referrals for years.<\/p>\n

The change in the law stopped lawyers being able to recover all fees from the other side \u2013 it did NOT make 100% agreements illegal. Anyone who tells you this is misleading you.<\/p>\n

We Still Get Paid By The other Side<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cSo how do you get paid then\u201d or \u201cwhat\u2019s in it for you?\u201d \u2013 These are the common questions asked when we have advised people about our 100% compensation <\/a>agreement.<\/p>\n

The thing is, we all still get paid by the other side! That includes the lawyers who will take 25% from your compensation payout as well. The change in the law just resulted in lower fees, not no fees at all. But other firms cannot afford to work on just the lower fees, whereas we can due to the volume of claims we take on and win.<\/p>\n

100% Compensation Does NOT Mean a Poor Service<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

As I said earlier, it\u2019s about the fact that we can afford to do what other lawyers do with less fees \u2013 not compromising on the service we offer in order to offer 100%. The process for most types of claims was changed dramatically last year as well to make them more efficient, so the whole process is designed to keep legal costs down anyway.<\/p>\n
