The whole value of the claim is based on the following things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The length and severity of your suffering<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The extent it has had an impact on you \u2013 some people are affected more (for example more active people may be unable to enjoy exercise and as such have had a bigger impact than someone who perhaps doesn\u2019t exercise)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Your losses \u2013 like lost earnings from time off work, medication expenses, general medical and treatment expenses, and any other financial losses or expenses on your part<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Whilst financial losses and expenses can be worked out with evidence and a calculator, how do you work out what you are entitled to just for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/whiplash_claims.php\" target=\"_blank\">whiplash injury<\/a> itself?
