No Win No Fee<\/a><\/strong>: It\u2019s actually quite straight forward! The majority of good solicitors only take on a case with good prospects of success – that is how we can offer the no win no fee<\/em> – because quite simply we don\u2019t expect to lose your case!<\/p>\n

100% Compensation<\/a><\/strong>: How is this guaranteed? – Well, the majority of good solicitors recover legal costs from the other side (in most cases the defendant\u2019s insurers). We can do this because it certainly wouldn\u2019t be fair if you had to pay some of the compensation you are entitled to for legal fees. If you did, you wouldn\u2019t be fully compensated and would still have lost out!<\/p>\n
