We submit a Claim Notification Form directly to the insurer of the driver at fault. They have 15 working days to accept liability for the accident.<\/p>\n

Once they have admitted, we will look to settle your claim based on medical evidence which we will obtain from a suitable expert by arranging for you to attend an appointment. The report will outline the extent of any suffering and problems and this will form the basis as the evidence for your car accident claim for compensation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The report may also address if you need more treatment or investigation. If you do, we can arrange that for you and get the other insurers to pay for it.<\/p>\n

Split Liability – what if more than one person is at fault<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

What if there are two vehicles involved and they are both equally at fault; agreeing to split the blame 50\/50? What happens then?<\/p>\n

You can still make a full 100% claim for compensation. What commonly happens is that one insurer will deal with it in its entirety and then recover expenses form the other to reflect the fact that they are only 50% liable for your claim.
