Whiplash is normally more complicated than most people think and some people could only suffer for a few weeks, whereas others could end up in pain for months or even years. Physiotherapy is normally the best way to recover from a whiplash injury, and we can usually get some sorted for you on a private basis as part of a claim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can you claim<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>If the accident was caused either entirely or party due to the blame of someone else, you should be able to make a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/whiplash_claims.php\">claim for whiplash injury compensation<\/a>. Despite what certain media sources may claim, whiplash is a very real injury &#8211; it is diagnosable, it can be painful, and it can be felt by an expert if you suffer from stiffness and swelling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much can you claim<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Most people will fall within the legal minor whiplash category and the bracket for this is roughly between \u00a31,000 &#8211; \u00a35,000. But it can depend on the severity and longevity of your suffering, and also how good your lawyer is as well.
