For the Success Fee, which is one of the unrecoverable fees, a lawyer can take up to a maximum of 25% from your payout to cover this. On top of that, lawyers are asking for payment of insurance as this is no longer recoverable.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>So paying to claim is normal for other law firms &#8211; but we&#8217;re not like other law firms!<\/p>\n<p><strong>100% Compensation Pledge from The Injury Lawyers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We decided to take action. It isn&#8217;t fair that you as the <em>innocent victim should have to pay to claim<\/em>. That&#8217;s why we are still <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinjurylawyers.co.uk\/100-percent-compensation-4u.php\">offering a 100% compensation agreement for most types of claims<\/a>, like work accidents and public liability claims. How we do this is simple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We still get paid by the other side, we just get less than we used to. We&#8217;re happy to take the hit because we take on and win such a high volume of cases.<\/li>\n<li>We waive the Success Fee deduction, even though we are entitled by law to take up to 25% from your payout.<\/li>\n<li>We self insure your case so you shouldn&#8217;t need to pay for any insurance premiums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the catch<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>There isn&#8217;t a catch. We are genuinely offering a 100% agreement. This isn&#8217;t some clever marketing ploy. We know that many people find it hard to trust lawyers, but we really don&#8217;t want to charge you. We can easily afford to take the hit, and we have been preparing for this for years as we have known for a long time that the government would be making detrimental changes to how claims work.<\/p>\n<p>The key part to reiterate again is that we still get paid for our work; we just don&#8217;t get as much. So we&#8217;re not working for free, but we are <strong>making sure you don&#8217;t have to lose any of the money that is rightfully yours to keep<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t want to take your compensation.
