Right of Way<\/h2>\n

If you are already on the roundabout and someone pulls out in front of you, it\u2019s highly likely you will have a successful claim if you are injured. It is the right of way of the person already established on the roundabout, so anyone pulling on to it needs to give way. For mini roundabouts, you give way to your right \u2013 but take care if you end up in a standoff between three vehicles all giving way to each other!<\/p>\n
