Most people don’t know they actually never pay the costs of a claim so they hesitate in contacting Injury Lawyers.<\/p>\n
Look at it this way, I have been practising as an expert injury lawyer for many years now, and NO – I have never charged a client, NEVER.<\/p>\n

In actual fact, most of the lawyers will not charge you a penny to claim so when asking those initial questions make sure you don’t pay a penny to pursue an injury claim!<\/p>\n
Client’s sometimes, and perhaps understandably are a bit wary and think there has got to be some catch and I often hear “you don’t get something for nothing” –<\/p>\n
The simple answer is well in a way, you do!<\/p>\n
Look, I am not saying we don’t get paid and purely take these claims on from the goodness of hearts (well sometimes we do) – We do get paid but by the other insurers if we win your claim – the way personal injury claim system works in the UK means we get paid by the other insurers if we win your claim…<\/p>\n
So any Injury Solicitor worth his or her salt will be happy to take on a claim on a “No Win No Fee ” which means if they don’t win then they don’t get paid and if they win they recover your legal fees from the other insurer NOT from you…so you get 100% compensation.<\/p>\n
If your Solicitor isn’t happy to take the claim on a “No Win No Fee” then my advice is to get some advice from another injury lawyer, because if an Injury Lawyer ain’t going to back you & put “there money where there mouth is” then should they really be taking a case on and charging you all that money, if they ain’t damn sure you are going to win.<\/p>\n
