It all depends on a few factors. Firstly, the accident or injuries have to have been caused through negligence. In short, someone, or some company, must have failed to do something that they can reasonably be expected to do, or have negligently done something and caused an accident or an injury. <\/p>\n

If you have tripped due a pothole, we may ask for photos first to assess whether we believe the defect would be classed as enough of a risk to pin the claim on the local highways authority.<\/p>\n

Will I win my claim for compensation?<\/h2>\n

If we can prove that the Defendant breached any duty they have for you, like a supermarket failing to cordon off a wet floor or put up signs after mopping the floor, or if your employer failed to properly train you and risk assess a manual handling activity, we may be able to win the claim.<\/p>\n
